On the ground floor you will find the living room, dining room and a small work, kitchen and guest toilet. On the first floor the master bedroom and a large bedroom with a play area for small kids.

The bathroom and guest toilet have been redesigned and equipped with exclusive sanitary ware. A Whirlpool with hydromassage is located centrally in the bathroom. A foldable relaxing deck in leather has a great look and a practical storage or great to change diapers. A large open shower with massage jets and TV connection, speakers and lighting with color changing effects make this a great bath experience.

The kitchen has been newly built. The fronts are glossy white, some with glass elements. The kitchen entrance is decorated with a sliding glass door. The worktop is real wood walnut, the rear walls behind the worktop are made of glass. The kitchen has an outside exhaust system and high-quality electrical appliances.
